About Brock's Butcher Block
Who We Are:
Brock's Butcher Block was Established in 2010 by Brock and Bethany Craig. We are a USDA Federally Inspected Meat Processing Plant, specializing in high quality meats. In 2025 we built a new store front to our butcher shop which is now 15,000 square feet, when we originally started with a 400 square foot shop in 2010. Also new in 2025 we started The Hungry Hunter Food Truck in partnership with K&B Outdoors to provide delicious food.

Brock's Butcher Block specializes in processing meat from Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Venison, Elk, and Bear. Brock's Butcher Block Store front includes a wide selection of high quality items from local businesses. Including Brock's Butcher Blocks specialty meats, K&B Outdoor supplies, Wet Beaver Brewing Company, Cookies and Cream, Sandcreek Brewing, Ahnen Acres, and many more!
Also new in 2025 is the Hunters Hangout, a fun area for friends to hang out, have some beverages, and play some games.
