Brock's Butcher Block was Established in 2010, we have been specializing in processing quality meats for customers for over 15 years.

Brock's Butcher Block is a federally inspected meat processing plant. Our meat products meet federal safety standards set by the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service.

At Brock's Butcher Block we specialize in processing Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Venison, Elk, and Bear.

To Schedule a Processing appointment with Brock's Butcher Block please fill out the form on the schedule an appointment page. Including your name, email, phone number, animal being processed and how many. After the form is submitted we will contact you to set a butchering date.

Animal Drop Off Information
Wednesday drop off before the animals slaughter date from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
*By Appointment only Thursday morning drop off no later than 9:00am.
All Animals slaughtered will have an extra disposal fee due to rendering fees.
All meat needs to be picked up 1 week after Call

When meat is finished being processed we will call you. Meat needs to be picked up within 1 week of phone call.
*Any meat left more then 1 week after 1st call will be charged an additional $20.00 per week. (Unless prior arrangements have been made.
*Any Meat left over a month of 1st call will be disposed of if were unable to contact you.

Beef Cutting Information-
Please fill out your name, email, phone, scheduled butchering date, portion of beef being processed.
Then select the kinds of cuts you want made from your portion of beef such as-
Roasts- Beef Roast, Rolled Roast, Tip Roast, Prime Rib Roast
Steaks- T-Bone Porterhouse, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Ribeye, Sirloin, Tip Steak, Round Steak, Cube Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak
Hamburger- 1lb package, 1.5lb package, 2lb package, & patties
Brisket, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Soup Bones
Heart, Tongue, Liver, Kidney, Suet
Roast Size Options- 2lbs (Standard), 3lbs
Steak Thickness Options- 3/4 inch (standard), 1 inch

Fresh Ham- Whole Ham, 1/2 cut ham, 1/4 cut

Brock's Butcher Block has a 24/7 deer drop off available (except during gun season).
